Privacy policy

We try to collect as little data as possible. This page lists what we do collect, why, and how to remove it.

Email signups

If you join the email list (via the Starter Pack form or any other opt-in), we store your email address with our email provider MailerLite (their privacy policy). We use it only to send you the lessons and updates you signed up for. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe.

We never sell, rent, or share email addresses.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-respecting analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track individual users. It tells us how many people visited which pages, nothing more. See Cloudflare's privacy notice.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Embedded TPT links and external resources may set their own cookies; refer to their respective privacy policies.

Student data — FERPA

Our resources are designed to be classroom-printable. We never ask for, collect, or store student data. The lessons themselves contain only generic example prompts and activities — never student-specific information.

Children's data — COPPA

This website is marketed to adult educators, not students under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email hello@theailiteracyshop.com and we will delete it.

Removing your data

To unsubscribe from email: click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send.

To request full deletion of your data, email hello@theailiteracyshop.com with the subject "Delete my data". We complete deletion within 7 days.

AI use disclosure

Some lesson resources are developed with AI assistance during drafting; every lesson is reviewed and finalized by a human educator before publication. We disclose AI use inside each product file as well.
